had their own courriers, so it kept on saying on its way for 2 hours, didn't notify me on the food arriving basically 10 minutes after I ordered, and found my food at the front door of my apartment soggy and cold.

My order arrived in a half closed plastic bag. The pizza box and the paper bag of potato slices were soaked from the rain because the delivery driver had inadequate equipment to protect the food. Food was wet, cold, and inedible as the pizza

De timing van de app en de bezorging komt niet overeen: de app geeft 50 minuten aan, terwijl de bestelling binnen 30 minuten arriveert. Het eten is uitstekend; ik zal vaker bestellen als ik in Groningen ben.

I requested no onions but apparently they did not read it because they did put onions and I had to pick them off myself before I could eat the food.
